Purpose of the role

  • Connect the company’s creative effort with client’s needs
  • Responsible for all customer relations management
  • Responsible for proposal preparation and project management
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing client relationship
  • Responsible for creating textual content, learn about needs of clients, assist in the brainstorming process and content generation.

Main Accountabilities

  • Generates proposals and provide follow-up action on client in managing their request where appropriate
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships
  • Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major client to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepares and presents strategy proposals to clients.
  • Prepares regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presents and defends the company’s content development work.
  • Writes clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice. Proofread other team’s copy.
  • Keeps a schedule of all Ad’ s running noting the start date and end date.
  • Devise a campaign timeline and schedule
  • Executes campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget.
  • Manages the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking and optimizing of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns such as Google Ads. This includes identifying and tracking industry keywords and their popularity.
  • Builds and maintains Ads strategy and structure that drives Click Through Rate and leads.
  • Performs other task [s] as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Cognate experience [2 -3 years ] in similar role
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experienced in SEO and SEM to increase organic/paid search visibility and ranking
  • Experienced in running social media Ads and platform manangement
  • Track records of participating in successful campaigns
  • Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of current market trends
  • Excellent organizational skills
